the mount & charger work great. The mount keeps the Tom Tom mounted securely to the windshield. the charger allows me to charge up the Tom Tom in my vehicle, both items are working as i expected.

The mount is the standard one that comes with the TomTom One 3rd edtion and it's nice the car charger is included, but it should come with the little black dash mount (not included). Also TomTom should sell the mount separate (incase you just want the mount)without having to buy this kit.

If you plan on using this with a beanbag dash non-slip mount for CA or MN, it won't fit. Recommend TomTom part 9A00.183 Goose Neck mount for any beanbag dash non-slip pad.

Very useful item. However I wish it was sold alone and not always with a charger.

I thought I would get the black circular plastic disc that the suction cup affixes to but it wasn't there. I had to make my own from plexiglass.
For the amount paid I was somewhat disappointed.

Be sure to wipe the suction mark off your car before leaving the vehicle. ick.

the mount does NOT fit the back of the TOMTOM XL. fortunately I had not thrown out the one that didn't work anymore and I was able to swap the parts & get a working mount that fit my GPS. Beware if you order. TomTom Additional Mount and USB Car Charger for TomTom One

I ordered this expecting to get what was pictured, a window mount and a USB Car Charger. What I received was a standard car charger and a window mount. Contacted Amazon and a replacement was sent for delivery the next day. I received a replacement of the exact same item. Contacted them again and they said it must be an issue with the seller. I had to keep one of them as I needed to use my GPS that weekend. Be aware you may not get the USB Charger.

Does not stick to my windshield very good, maybe for an hour or two. I always find it laying on my dash.

The only problem with this product is it only sticks on glass, not any other smooth surface. Other than that, it is fine.

What is there to say? It works just like the original. Lost the mount and the charger frazzed out, so I needed a new one, and this is just the ticket.
