The original cases are the best fit for the TomTom gps because it's made to fit without any glitch. A nice touch of this case is you can insert the sucction cup with the GPS together without any hassle. Great case!!!

This is a great case that fits the entire TomTom unit without having to remove the suction cup mount, but read the item description carefully because the item name is wrong! This is NOT the case for the TomTom XL 4.3" models. Rather it is for the XXL 5" models. Same excellent case, wrong size.

fits perfectly even with suction cup, the only reason I am not giving it a 5 is it has no space to carry the power cord, so when I move from one car to another I need to carry the cord in my hand, but other then that it's excellent,

This case is of good quality but with one reservation. With the Easy mount attached, it is a bit difficult to store. Just a tad more room would make storage, including the cable mount easy.

I received this product in a very timely manner. It was in excellent condition. The only drawback is that it is not large enough for the GPS unit (excellent for it) and the car charger cable.

Nice and sleek - perfectly fits Tomtom XXL with the mount. You need to insert the device in the same orientation as the cover (the cover is made to match the shape of the XXL device). If you try and insert the device otherway around it make is bulging and not good for the cover either !

Bought this case for the TomTom XXL 540TM. When using the unit, we prefer not leaving it in the vehicle when we've arrived at our destination. This is a perfect size case for putting into a small backpack, or purse, and the TomTom is well protected. If you are wanting to store accessories along with the gps unit, you need to get the larger case with the red interiour.

This is a nice "official" TomTom case that fits their 500 series perfectly. However, it will not fit the gps while the windshield mount is attached to it. I thought it would fit the entire gps/mount combo, because TomTom mentions the "fold and go" aspect of the windshield mount. I figured that fold and go meant that you can fold up the windshield mount/gps and stuff the whole thing in the case. This is not the case. (sorry, I could not resist the pun) Other than that aspect, it does what is expected. As a side note, I am now glad that the case is not large enought the hold mount/gps combo as the case just barely fits in my cars small glove box. I usually end up leaving the mount on the windshield or folding it up and sticking in my door pocket for easy access.

Since the TomTom XL screen runs nice and large, my former case couldn't fit it. This semi-hard shell case works beautifully. Highly recommended to help XL owners care for their GPS.

a not very expensive but very useful item. I don't leave my Tom Tom in the car and this is a good way to protect it and take it with me.
