This pasta was heavenly! I boiled it as directed and then added the cooked pasta with 2 cups of sour cream, 2 cups of asiago, 1 cup of parmesan, and a cup and a half of the boiled pasta water. I baked it in the oven at 350 for about 30 minutes. It was absolutely divine.
This pasta is great and I will order it again. The company has a special promotion of free shipping with a $50 order--not sure how long the promotion lasts but I suggest that you take advantage of it. I can't wait to try the other pastas I ordered. |
