Product Description
Tomato Powder is wonderful for adding color and flavor to fresh pasta, noodle and bread doughs. It can also be used in yeast breads, quick breads or muffins. Add a little to vegetable soup or stews for a richer stock with hint of tomato flavor.

I can never find tomatoe paste in a tube so when you only need a bit this powder is just perfect and I am finding new ways to use it all the time. It really adds a nice richness to sauces. I am so glad I found it.

I've been searching in stores for ages for this! The flavor is just amazing. It's easier to use and store than tomato paste. It can also accent in ways that paste can't -- tossed with roasted potatoes, for example.

Tomato powder is fresh smelling and rich. I'm on a lower sodium diet so I add this to veggie chiles, couscous, risottos or soups made with low sodium bullion to bump up the flavor. Very convenient and available to use in smaller quantities than opening a can of tomato paste and having to figure out a use for the rest of the can before it spoils.
