This is a very nice dress or casual watch. The band is GREAT, feeling extremely comfortable around my wrist. The detail, weight and feel of this band may be one of my favorites.

The watch face is the most facinating thing! The face is large and very easy to read. When you look closely, as the watch is moved, you can see palm and pinapple reflections on the face, inlaid into the large palm leaf face! Very striking!.

The glow from the hands in the dark is extremely bright and lasts a long time after charging. Having the second hand sub-dial is a nice touch.

The face says its a "Swiss Movt". Since it is written in this manner, it can't be a Swiss Movement watch. Swiss law states that you can't abreviate the word Swiss of Movement. It must be written out. Sooo, what movement is it?

If your looking for a moderately priced casual or dress watch, this is a nice choice. In my opinion, this watch is a great value for the price.

I got this watch as an anniversary gift from my wife, to wear on our Caribbean cruise. I had it about 3 weeks, wearing it almost daily before we went on the cruise. The watch is rated water-resistant to 100 ft I believe. I wore it in the shower without any issues, and when we went on a snorkeling excursion (to a depth of 8 feet or less) I wore it as well. When I returned to the ship later that night I noticed that the watch had developed an inner fog on the crystal, which got steadily worse for several days. The watch was still running though, until we returned home and I took it off and set it on my dresser. After a day or so it stopped completely. I'm guessing that it finally succumbed to water damage. Too bad, as I really loved the look of this watch, the shape of the case and the dial especially.

That being said, when I called Amazon CS to report the problem, they were happy to refund my money, even though the one month return date had expired by one day. Love Amazon, but unless you're willing to wear this watch on only dry land, steer clear.
