The 12 tunes in this book are accurately transcribed and great fun to play. This book should receive a 5 star rating except it does not have a discography of the 12 tunes transcribed. I checked with Hal Leonard Info and they said there is no discography in their data base.
After contacting a few other people who might know from which recordings these tunes were transcribed I gathered together all possible recordings and made my own discography. I personally use this series to (a) just play the tunes as they appear in the book, (b) play along with the artist, (c) reverse the process and do my own transcription, then check my work with the printed transcription.
