the watch is very lovely and the person it was intended for is delighted with it. I just have one complaint it took ssooooooo long to get to me I was beginning to think it would never arrive

I've bought this watch, and one month after the purhase a loosen screw appear inside it.
I try to use the warranty service but the brochure, there the warranty is not filled out nor stamped.
What should I do????

First I love the dial.Second,This watch goes well with formal and casual dress.Third, feels good to have a Tommy brand.I was excited to buy the 1st automatic watch, since none of my friends and family have ever had it.But also I didn't know quite a lot about the automatic functioning.More than the watch's prob, I think its the issue with the automatic watches.. If u don't wear it for 1 day, it will stop working,since it doesn't run on a battery but on ur hand movements.. So to make it work again, all u got to do is reset the time and wear it again..But this 5 sec thing may seem a prob to many.Else no prob going for it..

Also I liked the brown leather strap in picture, but in actual I would have preffered having black.Brown not bad thou.
But with all the cons, i looooove the dial, which is a huge plus.

perfect watch for the summer. i was looking at other brown leather strapped watches but this one caught my eye. this is my first automatic watch, and i love it. for the price, this is a great looking watch. delivery was quick also

One of the best mechanical men's watches for the price. Almost perfect time--a little fast when worn, because spring is wound with movement, and loses a little at night, as spring loses power. Result--perfect time. Minute markers very well calibrated. Watch should last longer without unnecessary gears for day and date. Hacking gear is helpful--watch stops when setting time for greater accuracy. Helfiger is Movado's low end watch, and you can see Movado's excellent standards evident here.
