I ordered this as a Christmas gift in early December. They sent me only the cologne spray, not the body lotion. I emailed them and they were very sorry and said they would ship it right out -- they never sent it. I emailed multiple times throughout December and the customer service rep kept saying it was on the way. Then around Dec. 23rd, they stopped responding. It is now Dec. 28th and I still have not heard from anyone and I still do not have the product. I really think they claimed that it was being shipped so that I would not complain online and so that they could receive a lot of Christmas gift orders -- my feeling is that there was never any intent on mailing me that correct order. I would NOT order from this company -- there are too many options to take a risk with a company that does not care if they send the correct order and/or correct their mistakes.
