I found the music haunting and yet spiritually uplifting especially the title track, "Christian of the world," which has been adopted as an un-official AIDS anthem by a Zimbabwean Aids Hospice, "...Take my hand, walk with me, make me see, make me feel, I am a Christian of the world". In a world where the stigma and shame of certain types of illness that threaten many people's lives this album has made possible Christian spiritual revival and has changed people's lives for the better.

Tommy james was really maintaining his peak at this point with these two albums. There were four top forty hits on these two disc and every song is a good one. Tommy james is a bit harder and more psych rock and pop than the next one and it just shows his talent completely. The man is a great song writer and he can really craft great songs and with his newest release "hold the fire' he proves he still has got it but that one is more pop rock than these rockin albums were by far. "draggin the line' is here of course and other hits but these discs will satisfy rock fans and pop fans equally so grab them is this great package.

The songs are haunting and they make you think about life in a different way. They don't make music like this anymore.
