Clark's long-awaited return, September 27, 2007
This review is from: Tomorrow (Audio CD)
Almost 20 years after Johnny Hates Jazz ruled the airwaves for a brief yet glorious moment, Clark Datchler returns with an album worthy of the wait. The lead singer of "Turn Back the Clock", as well as his solo release "Raindance" (nearly impossible to find), finally returns with a 12-track album of stunning songs.
Fans of the original Johnny Hates Jazz will love "Tomorrow" and "Nothing Left to Lose", but the balance of the album will be a new sound to most. "Power", "Wake the Dragon" and "The Raven" are all reasonably powerful rock songs, while "The Road Not Taken" is a beautifully simple piano-driven piece. Clark's jazzier side comes out in his remake of "Shattered Dreams", as well as "Forever".
This album is a must-have for anyone who fell in love with Clark Datchler's voice, and the album never disappoints.

He's come back. Really wonderful album!, June 14, 2007

"Shattered Dreams"
The famous song of JHJ times revived as 2006 version!!
It is still valuable song to be satisfied with "Clark's return".
The sound is simple but deep. When I listen to his singing, I feel like free from annoying daily life.
"The Raven"
This song is like up scale "Window".
It is likely to be used for movie. I realize that it was worthwhile waiting for more than ten years until his new release for only to have this song.
