This Video Game Soundtrack CD rocks!,

If anyone keeps track of top notch music soundtracks for videogames, he should add this one to the top of the list. It creates a mood and feel like only James Bond 007 agent can. You can hear it while working or driving or even having a good time at home. KUDOS to Tommy Tallarico. Direct Hit!

I've always been a Sonic Mayhem fan - heck, their musical involvement was one of the main reasons I bought the game. Now, a soundtrack it out! YES! No more leaving the tv on full blast and pausing the game just to hear the music. It thrashes, it gnashes, and it combines easily the coolest movie theme ever with one of the best whatever type of music Sonic Mayhem can be described as.

All the Sweetness, No bitter after taste,

I found this album Zesty.... and Tangy... I savoured it in my mouth until the shards made my gums bleed.Play this loud... clasp your hands, extend your index finger and skulk around your house with your makeshift gun. This is a landmark for Bond fans, regardless of their videogame associations. Broccoli would have been proud. My vote goes to Tommy and his team for the next bond feature! It's time for some new blood in an old franchise and the Tommorow Never Dies Videogame Sndtk puts on a very fresh spin while respecting and complimenting the tradition. Buy it.

I have a collection of all the bond soundtrack albums and variants, I am surprised that they have made a 'video game' one...It's really very good, with some top notch Bond ambiance. I guess I am going to have to go and buy a Sony Playstation now and check the game out.

It's not all that great...,

I got this CD because I am a pretty big fan of Sonic Mayhem, and thought that SM did a bunch of tracks for this soundtrack. To mydisappointment, they only did one song, track no. 2 titled"Confrontation." It's a really hard, heavy-metal version ofthe James Bond Theme, it's really great, and I was hoping the wholesoundtrack would be like this. But the rest of the soundtrack is notheavy-metal... Like I said, SM only did this one track, and the wholerest of the CD is decent, but nothing worth forking up $13.00 topurchase it...

Why This Game?,
This review is from: Tomorrow Never Dies (1999 Video Game) (Audio CD)
I agree, this CD has some coolness to it. But overall, why couldn't they make a soudntrack out of Agent Under Fire? or Nightfire? Both of those scores are superior and deserve recognition.

I've been making video games now for six years. As the Director and Co-designer of the TND game, I was very concerned that the musical score REALLY set the emotional tone for BOND's missions. I've worked with this composer before, but never on a project of this scope, and brand awareness. I really wanted the BOND music to pull the player into the game.Well, the proof of musical excellence is in all of the game reviews we've gotten. Every one applauds the musical score. This album stands on its own - and for the BOND fans out there, is a true treat. -William Botti -Director, TND
