I started using Tom's of Maine after having constant dry skin. I used the natural unscented version and it worked great. Although unscented always seems to have an odd scent to it. One day I needed another bar and Wally World was out of it. They did have the lemongrass version in stock so I thought I would try it out. The smell is subtle and good, the lather is creamy and rich feeling. This soap has changed my winter skin from uncomfortable and itchy to smooth and happy. I have always had sensitive skin and used many different soaps including baby soap. None have even come close to making my skin this happy. It also seems to keep me smelling fresh and clean which makes everyone around me also happy. I highly recommend giving this a try if you are looking for an end to dry skin.

This bar soap by Tom's of Maine is listed as one of the safest soaps on the the Skin Deep Cosmetic Safety website. It is mild and has a refreshing, yet subtle lemongrass scent. I have even shredded this soap to use in a laundry soap recipe, and it worked just fine.

We have been using Tom's Of Maine natural soaps for the past 2 years and just love them. We have given a variety to family and friends in hopes that they too will use them with their health in mind.

Excellent product: cleans well, good fragrance, long lasting bar. Being a person of sensitive skin, I found this product does not produce any of the usual reactions generally caused by other brands.

I work in health care and I was increasing developing itchy, dry and irritation skin. Since starting using the natural soup of Tom's of Maine, my skin no longer itch, they are no longer dry or easily irritated. Cannot say enough good things about using natural soup.

We, recently, tried this lemongrass soap and absolutely love this stuff! It leaves our skin feeling fresh and clean, but not dried out, with no residue feel. It smells wonderful, lathers well in our hard water and rinses easily. You don't know what you are missing until you try this soap! Seems to control odor as well as the chemical-laden brands, but done naturally and gently. Only negative, we just wish the price were lower. After using this soap, it's hard to go back to using the others. Hope this helps!

I went on a mission to find a not too expensive/low env. impact soap and landed on Tom's of Maine, and was not disappointed one bit. First off, it scores a 0 on the Skin Deep site, which puts my conscience at ease, and everything about it is natural, down to the soy inks used on the package, and the cellulose wrapper. I was sort of expecting it to be blandly scented, but after one whiff I had an urge to bite into it, which I withheld. My showers smell great, it leaves me feeling clean and not dried out at all. I'm really happy there's a subscription option, so I don't even have to worry about ordering more, plus I'm saving a bit more. I would highly recommend this to people looking for an all natural soap, or just a soap in general.

I love the lemongrass scent; I think it smells so fresh! I also use Tom's lemongrass deodorant stick.

This is just a wonderful product. Lemongrass does a wonderful job at preventing odor. Feel the freshness after each bath. Also works well in conjunction with the Lemongrass deoderant.

Ordered it for my wife, who has sensitive skin. She did not like it much as she needed a soap with moisturizer. So she moved to the Aveeno, which suited her. But I tried it and like the clean smell of it.
