I looked for plaque coloring dye in local pharmacy and I couldn't find it. It's a very useful item to check our brushing.
With it, we can learn how to brush, and also we will understand that certain plaque can't be removed by simply brushing. (It requires dental floss, and ultrasonic or manual scaler in some cases) Also, this 2 tone version is better than 1 tone version I had before. Everyone should have this ! Worth small amount of money and time, compared to the time/expense/pain caused by bad teeth and possible gum disease. Get it now !

I use this product DAILY on my patients as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
The liquid version is excellent in detecting problem areas, this beats anything else on the market that I know of. I did not know it was available for purchase by the general public. I will be telling my patients about it's availablity.

When my son got his braces, I was instructed to check up on his dental hygiene, to help him avoid a mouth full of straight but cavity-riddled teeth. This 2 Tone Disclosing Solution is a great help. Every so often I remind him to use it to see not just the spots he needed to brush better last time, but any spots he may have been missing on a regular basis. I like the fact that it's not just me saying, "Looks like you need to do a better job around the brackets on the bottom". The plaque turns red or blue, depending on how recently the plaque started to collect. When there's a problem, he can see that for himself and it's really helping him learn how to brush effectively with all that metal in his mouth. A great product!
