The main reason I'm writing the review is for the assembly process. The ball itself I'm really into, it seems awesome so far, love the color the size is perfect.

The pump literally broke in half after pumping it about three or four times. I was able to kind of put it back together but it required me to hold the pump in an awkward way and would leak a little air as I was pumping which was needless to say irritating. I just thought to myself, I really just need to do it this one time just to get the ball up and running.

THEN the tape measurer they provide goes up to 60 inches, when the directions tell you that the max to get the ball up to is 68 inches.
:-l ... seriously? I sat on my bedroom floor wondering why did they even bother throwing that in the box if it is not even sufficient in length.

I got the 55 cm, and love it. I have one by another company, but it tends to be mushy regardless of how I inflate it. This Tone ball is much firmer, which I prefer. And the bright color is great, if you like pink.

About the pump: fitness balls always come with cheap, flimsy pumps that take forever to inflate, and wear your arm out. But you can buy better pumps for not much money. Very good quality, easy to inflate, comes with dvd and two plugs in case one is taken out by mistakes by your grand children and it even comes with a tape measure.

The is the first time I have ever used an exercise ball. I have significant back and knee problems and this product has been great for getting exercise. Pump was easy to use and quicker than I though it would be.

I bought this ball for my 8yo to sit on while she does her schoolwork. She likes to be able to bounce and move around while she does her work. So she bounces quite a bit (very forcefully at times), and my 3yo also rolls around on it. It has put up with a lot of abuse. Oh, and it's a lovely color - both of my girls love it. I'll probably have to buy a second one so they quit fighting over this one!

The ball is much smaller then expected but is made of strong thick plastic and is a very pretty shade of bright pink.
