Owned it two days and I accidentally dropped it and it broke- it is not able to be fixed seeing as how there is some weird blue liquid in it. I am guessing it is a mix of cement but it was in no way solid. When I read "cement filled" I thought it would be solid but the liquid splattered all over the place- the handle had actually cracked. I am really disappointed that I wasted the money of something of such poor quality.

I purchased this at Marshalls for $5.99 - I think it's overpriced on Amazon... it works great!

I needed a kettlebell to work with as I rehabilitate from illness.

I did not want the million dollar set of kettlebells . I wanted a VERY reasonable unit of low weight and low cost.

I found it all here with this Tone Fitness 5 pound Kettlebell.

I began using it while sitting in a chair........but now I am adding some standing excercises too.The weight is persfect for my level right now and I enjoy using it.

The one thing about all Kettlebells--is that you cannot drop them on hard surfaces.....so make sure you only get as much weight as you can properly handle....they will crack if dropped.

I already knew the basics of use---but if you don't get the CD or watch the morning exercise shows..there is even a kettlebell class sometimes on tv.

I purchased this at TJ Maxx for $5.99. It's very easy to use. It saved me money buy not buying a complete set by Kettleworx that I saw on an infomercial. I have noticed my body toning up a great deal. I can't wait to move up to the 10lb weight.

Good beginner kettleball in order to get used to the moves and swings in a kettleball exercise routine. The handle is a bit small to place both hands comfortably but overall not bad.

The directions that came with the review was not as instructive as I would have needed if I did not attend a class with trainers. The product itself is excellent. If you know what exercises you can do with the kettle, this is worth every penny!
