5.0 out of 5 stars Great deal
I love the Tone line of kettlebells; I also own the 10-lb one. The handle is wide enough to do moves that require you to hold the bell with both hands and is comfortable to hold.

1.0 out of 5 stars Too big to use
I was very dissappointed when I received this kettlebell. It is about 3 times the size of a regular kettlebell which for me meant it was not useable. It is just to bulky to do many of the moves on the kelleworx dvd's I have and it was very expensive for return shipping.

i recommend it for people who have been lifting weights for at least 2 weeks. it's heavy but it works and it's amazing :) those dumb 1 star reviews are from people who don't know how to use this or who bought one that's too heavy

I am new kettlebells, and I love these Tone 15 lb Kettlebells! The handles are smooth comfy and easily big enough for both hands to fit on. I don't expect to throw these around on the ground so the plastic casing is both effective and nice looking. For the price with fast free shipping these are a fabulous deal! 15lb is a good weight to move up to really define shape my arms and shoulders...I plan to have lots of fun with these, Thanx Amazon!!

OK, first thing's first. The price is excellent. This is an inexpensive way to get into the world of kettle bells. However, the thing has a slick plastic handle. Therefore, I thought I would be fighting it the entire time trying to control it. That's not the case. Just don't get too crazy with it when your hands are sweaty and you should be fine. In fact, I think I like the slick plastic handle a little better than something that would have grip. The workout I did with it might have caused blisters and would have been harder with some sort of grip to it. There is no weight sloshing around (I don't know why there would be, but when you have a cement filled bell instead of a solid lead one there might be a difference), the handle doesn't shift.

The only other way to improve this is to change that awful purple color to something manlier.
