Awesome dance song!, December 19, 2009

First off, let me say that this is the song sung by Melaine Thorton, from La Bouche, who also sings Be My Lover and Sweet Dreams, which dominated the clubs and dance halls across the world. This song too, recieved heavy airplay in the states as well as in europe. This cd single starts off with the original version that is played on the radio. Then it has 3 different remixes of this song, the Dance Mix, (my fave)-The Fluid Mix, and then The Maximal Mix, which is probably my least favorite. The Dance Mix also appears on La Bouche's 1996 remix cd entitled "All Mixed Up". I really enjoy hearing Melanie's voice, not only does she sing the songs, but also writes the lyrics for them, which kinda makes the song a little more of her own. La Bouche went on to release a 2nd album, which stayed similar to the dance music from their 1st album "Sweet Dreams" although none of the songs made it big in the U.S., they had a hit with "You Won't Forget Me" and "S.O.S.", which was popular in Europe. Melaine sadly passed away in a plane crash in Switerland in 2001, she was 34. Her solo album "Ready to Fly" did debut and it is getting great reviews.
