Not what I expected
It seems to be decent quality as a stretchy exercise O-band, but I was really hoping/expecting for it to be a rigid ring that I could use for pilates, which it is not. I will still find uses for it but it's not what I expected. I wish the description had been more specific on this - it's hard to tell from the picture or description, although if I had looked closely enough...

not what I thought
I bought black spri rings and they were a good resistance for leg exercises. This one is SO tough you can hardly move it and it ends up being uncomfortable, causing the wrong kind of pain, can't keep good form & get good range of motion at same time. Don't know what they intended this brand to be used for. Black spri rings are difficult to find anymore, if someone finds...

It seems to be decent quality as a stretchy exercise O-band, but I was really hoping/expecting for it to be a rigid ring that I could use for pilates, which it is not. I will still find uses for it but it's not what I expected. I wish the description had been more specific on this - it's hard to tell from the picture or description, although if I had looked closely enough at the shipping weight I guess I could have been able to tell. Still, other than my misunderstanding what the product was, I can't complain about the seller - the shipping & packaging were well done and speedy.
