Must Have for anybody interested in Toning,

Whatever you have learned about toning, get this book to find out how to start doing it. My introduction to healing sounds, including toning, was in massage class several years ago. It was not until after I had read this book that I realized how much more there is to toning than to open your mouth and make a sound. And if the book is really good wait until you listen to Ms. Keyes on the accompanying CD. It's good solid information.
