Not waterproof like they think it will be.,

NOT imressed with this eyeliner at all. I was hoping for a waterproof eyeliner, like MAC, and was sorely disappointed. I do like the sparkles, but it flakes and leaves lines on my upper lid.

This certainly wasn't worth the money. I ordered the black with some glitter or something in it and you couldn't even tell. Will not be purchasing anything from Too Faced again.
