Brian Yarvin is the author of Cucina Piemontese, Farms and Foods of the Garden State, and A World of Dumplings (released in 2007 by Countryman). He is an instructor of food, and commercial photography at the Washington School of Photography. Brian is based in Edison, New Jersey.

As my wife planted 6 varieties of tomatoes we had them coming out of our ears. The book had some great recipies and ideas. It will be used much in the future. A must have if you grow.
