This review is from: Tool Logic SL6 Rescue Tool With 1/2 Serrated Knife, LED Flashlight, Seatbelt Cutter and Window Breaking Punch, Black (Tools & Home Improvement)
As a member of a group for jungle survival and mountain explorations, I decided to buy this ``multi-tool-knife`` as a complement for my survival and first aid kits .
This product combines several things that are necessary in emergencies, such as: "A powerful whistle. "A flashlight that can light up a room or vehicle, although it seems small it works very well, and brings spare batteries, also it's waterproof. "A device to break the windows of a car. Or any other glass. "The folding knife to cut clothing or rope without compromising the integrity of the victim, the knife is very sharp and safe to use. It is lightweight, has a clip to carry in your pocket, and the size is ideal because it is unobtrusive but functional. It looks well constructed and durable. It has a lanyard hole. Overall a good product for those who want to be prepared. The price is very reasonable and I recommend it because I think is a good quality product with many advantages.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine™ Program (What's this?)
Unlike the multi-purpose swiss army knife, the Tool Logic SL6 Rescue Tool has a small list of uses: a seatbelt/line cutter, waterproof LED flashlight, signal whistle, and a window punch. So far I've tested all of them, except for the window punch.
For the seatbelt/line cutter, I was able to test it on a spare seatbelt harness and on various cords. The blade is razor sharp and cut through both of these with ease. As regards the LED flashlight, I held it underwater for a few minutes and turned it on and off. It worked as advertised, so I'm satisfied with that feature. While not extremely bright, the beam is sufficient enough to help find dropped items in the dark or to dimly light a path at night. One thing that should be noted is that the light is activated by turning the flashlight head, but if you keep turning the head, it will unscrew and expose the battery and could potentially allow water to get into the casing. The whistle is located on the knife handle and when blown is fairly loud; it would definitely get someone's attention. To test it, I blew it across a large clearing that's approximately two football fields in length and my wife heard it with no problem. Overall, I'd say this is a good product and works exactly as advertised. It's light, compact and comfortable in my hands. I hope I never have an emergency that requires its use, but it's good to know that I have it available if needed.

I'm not a knife guy. I live in an urban area, and don't really like the idea of carrying around a deadly weapon. I have all the natural weapons I need (flexes)But I like this knife, it's dull on the tip so nobody is going to get stabbed, and no police office would write you a ticket - it's purely for driving safety. You can cut seatbelts, smash windows, blow the whistle for help, or use the flashlight (which can be held in your mouth!) for tire changes and minor repairs. It's a great little knife and I feel safer having it in my car.
