I was given this kit as a gift. On the upside, the moderately flimsy gray plastic container is compact, under 3" thick, and only a few pounds, so it's no great burden to store even in a small car. The pliers and sockets are foreign-made and Harbor Freight quality or less, but still decent enough for any use they're liable to encounter. The gloves are thin, cheap, and probably not electrically insulated; I'm not sure what purpose they're intended to serve.
Unfortunately, the most important component is likely to cause the most significant problems. I've had to use the jumper cables twice in the last week. The first time, my late-model V6 sedan was providing power to a small inline-4 hatchback. They worked well enough for that. The second time, I was stranded in a parking lot and attempted to jump my own car. The cables were utterly ineffective, the engine wouldn't even turn over with multiple attempts and charging intervals. When I later tried heavy-gauge cables, the car started immediately.
Even if the cables had worked, they're short and the clips barely opened wide enough to securely grip my positive battery post. This is the sort of product where, if you need it at all, you really need it. That in mind, I'd skip this kit and spend more on a better one or buy piecemeal.
