Buy the book as a gift for all of your friends and family. It is so funny you won't be able to put it down. Extremely well written, lots of humor and satire rolled into one. Great book!

I've been a Sherman's Marcher for over a decade and started laughing before I even opened his newest, Toolkit in Paradise. Now, I can't stop laughing. His isn't just a talent, it's a gift.

A New Englanders view of our world through coke bottle glasses. There is humor in every situation and B. Elwin Sherman personifies a modern Mark Twain comedian. Refreshing and sometimes sarcastic views on everyday situations combined with wit and satire leave you thinking, "I wish I'd thought of that". Funny and fun, a good read.

A genuine 5 star rating for a genuinely humorous humor book. B. Elwin Sherman is at his best in Toolkit In Paradise, a collection of his best columns from the past 10 years. Prose, poetry, laughter a mile a minute ... you name it, it's all there. What a wonderful Christmas present to keep the world laughing at a time when laughter is sorely needed in this country. There is no such thing as enough praise for this wonderful book!

Funny? You should try living with the guy like I do. Does that mean you should negate my review? Or at least view it with suspicion? I don't think so because in fact, I am the funniest person I know, and he makes me laugh. If you don't believe me, try "The Poet Laura Ate", or "Seuss vs. Nash at Poetry Hellweek", and you'll see what I mean. This is very funny stuff, running the gamut from wry to belly-laugh. It's a good read!
