The list author says: "When you can't afford to pay for a professional, you have to learn to Do It Yourself. If you include the cost of the needed tool/s in the cost of the project it is still cheaper than the cost of having it done by a "pro"."
"Mine is the DW733 but it looks the same. This is not a favorite tool. I think the blades just don't make a cut as smooth as I would like them. It always leaves me dissatisfied and I have tried new blades and am still not happy with the results."
"I don't have this drill but an older DW990. It has been an excellent drill. I have two chargers and three 14.4 XR batteries to power it. Until recently they worked great. But now the batteries won't hold a charge so I will have to replace them. The problem is the replacement batteries don't make sense because of the high cost. I will probably by a new drill with the newer lithium batteries."
