I cannot say enough about Brand Sandy's book. The book transcends being a manual and causes you to define or re-define strategy and elements in the way one operates that make you more efficient in all areas of your life. I have more clearly thought about each step I'm in with a client and that enhances the results at all levels of the client professional relationship. I'm not only more productive, but the clients are happier and genuinely feel completely served. Further, I begin to realize that in other areas of life there are steps that relate to other steps or facets of life. I'm simply more attuned to whatever I'm doing now and how it relates to or affects any other aspect of life so I have less conflict and more life! It's not just about making you a better professional and making more money, it's about making your ability then, to touch people in a more complete way and with passion and heart. It is truly about your getting ahead by making others more completely fulfilled.

Organizing a sales effort can be extremly frustrating! Brad Sandy has captured the essence of "what I thought I wanted to accomplish", when I began hearing about the capabilites of a contact manager like ACT! and has reduced the frustration and uncertainly in a sales effort. I did some research with a local authority, but choose ACT! when Harvey Mackay, the author of How to Swim With the Sharks and other business best sellers, recomended it during a speech at a international sales conference I attended in Minneapolis. When I found Brad and his book, 101 Tools, it defined my sales strategy and approach. It can help you too!

All compliments to Brad Sandy for taking us beyond the basic understanding of the ACT contact database into a realm of really understanding the way it can impact business. Increasing revenue is the goal of all sales organizations, Brad Sandy helps use transformation information into results. Bravo!

When I first started to read the book "101 Tools, Using Act to Develop a Sales Strategy"; I was struck by how it is much more about sales and how well it describes selling. Then the book goes into all of the features of ACT that a salesman such as myself would use everyday.

This book contains little gems of ideas sprinkled though out the book. It tells more than how to use ACT, this book shows why you can use ACT to sell more. Selling more is what I had hoped to get out of Act and I have gotten help by using the many tools and work arounds that the author has explained.

I love this book! Anyone selling ANYTHING needs to read this and put it into play for your company whether it be a large corporation or a small business. A sales force that follows Brad Sandy's strategies using ACT will not believe how fast you can begin seeing results and how organized you can become - as well as increase sales & profits immediately! This book is a must!!

The author, Brad Sandy has provided an invaluable tool for a salesperson to keep focused and be highly effective. The book not only teaches you how to use the features of ACT it incorpates these features with selling concepts for you to create a selling strategy unique for your situation. As I stated earlier a must for today's salesperson.

Brad has put into words not only a guide book on Acts functions but also a blueprint on how to get from point A to point B in the Sales Process with out pulling your hair out. I woulld have liked to have seen a few more examples but over all a resource I can't live without!
