The rubber on these are incredibly stinky from the manufacturing process. It has diminished somewhat over the past few weeks but you'll never be able to sneak up on someone with these in your possession :). I am an independent Macintosh technician and purchased this to remove the front glass for iMacs. Depending on the model, that front glass can weigh several pounds and cost $50 or more to replace so I wanted something strong yet easy to use. This fits the bill very well. The suction cups are a good size and seem very strong and durable. If they didn't stink so bad they would be a 5 star product.

I got it and openned the box to find a used product, it smelled from the grease that had been wiped all over it. I sent it back and was charged a shipping fee for their crappy used product.

I needed to remove a large mirror (4ft tall by 10 ft long) from the wall of my bathroom and these seemed to be just what I needed at a decent price. I decided to order 3 even though I only needed 2 because for under $9.00 it wasn't worth the hassle of trying to return if I had a problem with 1. Come moving day I was glad I did order the extra. 1 of these overly large suction cups just wouldn't stay locked on the mirror. However, the other 2 worked perfectly. So well in fact that we could pull the mirror from the wall using the tool. The only other issue I had was that the rubber suction cups smelled so bad I had to store them in the garage. When I opened the boxes the smell of industrial rubber was so bad we had to open the windows in the middle of February to let the smell out. It's not vomit-inducing bad, but it was pretty rank.

Does the job!
I was unable to get a glass/window installer to call me back to fix my sunroom windows that were sliding. So I fixed them myself. Saved $200+ as well. Read more
