Tray forming instructions
The dental tray you are about to make will form to the teeth and be almost unnoticeable when worn. Heat a cup of water to the temperature of hot coffee or tea (not boilling).
Dip the tray into the warmed water holding it by its tab. When you see the tray start to droop it is ready to be removed. Be careful when placing the tray in your mouth not to allow it to fold .
Fitting Procedure
Place tray over teeth and bite upper and lower teeth together. Press teeth with the frist three fingers of both hands against the front of the trays. Work rapidly as the tray will firm up fast.
With your tongue on the roof of your mouth and pushing on the back of the tray, suck all air and water from the tray.
When the tray fits well cut off the tab. Repeat process for the other arch.
This tray can be used for all of your whitening treatments. After each use, rinse with cool water and store until next use.
