5.0 out of 5 stars GREAT!
This book is awesome. It makes a great bathroom reader and fact book. It's fun to read it aloud to other people, too. I really reccomend getting 'Top 10 of Everything 2000'. You will really enjoy it. A great companion to this book is 'Guiness Book of Records 2000(hardcover)'. These two books are great fact books and entertaining too. AWESOME!

2.0 out of 5 stars an ok book
the book overall was ok. the one part that got me was the soccer section. It list guys only. i think they said the top goal scorer was 68 points in international. If yall watch womens soccer you know that mia hamm has 138 international goals. so thier information could be changed and also with the games played for a country. 5.0 out of 5 stars Top Ten is No.1, December 18, 1999
By A Customer
I found this book to be almost addictive. I originally saw it in a doctor's office and thought of taking it with me, but didn't. I left his office and imediately bought it. The text is well orginized and to the point, with hundreds of little known facts. An excellent book for the Cliff Claven (from Cheers) in all of us.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very Cool!, February 18, 2000
By A Customer
This book is very cool. It's a cool book to just flip to a page and start reading. It's a coffee table book, totally addictive for the whole family. Once I start reading it aloud, everyone gathers 'round and pretty soon we're all in stitches. It has all sorts of facts and it have even helped me with homework. This is just a fun book, not serious reading just cool to have around.

5.0 out of 5 stars you name it, it will be in this book, November 8, 1999
By A Customer
if this book were in a smaller size, it would make a perfect book full of reading material to brouse while in the bathroom. People will think you have died in there because you will be reading so long. It's both interesting and funny.

5.0 out of 5 stars A fantastic book of top 10 lists, January 13, 2001
By

While the Guiness Book of Records gives you simply the no 1, this book includes entries right down to no 10.

This is a fantastic book containing everything you need to know in list form. Lists include movie directors, cat's names, beer drinking countries, coal producing countries, and sporting achievements.

For those who, like me, enjoy useless, but interesting facts, lists and world knowledge then this is one of the best books I have ever read: I have three editions and I go back to them time after time.

Intriguing Reading.

If yall watch womens soccer you know that mia hamm has 138 international goals. so thier information could be changed and also with the games played for a country. Kristine lilly has the higest of that with over 200 times as of 2000. so they need to do more research and get the females on the list.

3.0 out of 5 stars Error in information found, Christian denominations section, January 21, 1999
By A Customer
Page 76, World religion section fails to recognise, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter_Day Saints as one of the top ten Christian Denominations in the World with a population of in 1997 some 10,070,524. very disappointed that the Lutherans though very close did not really qualify for 10th position.... Also not the above noted Church is also one of the fastest growing Religions in the World....

1.0 out of 5 stars Wish you had a "No Stars" rating, December 26, 1999
By
This is the most misinformed ratings book I have ever read. I am unsure of how Ghost is included as a comedy, and Forrest Gump for that matter. I am still trying to figure out who did the research: a group of two-year-olds with a crayon and a test booklet? Did you even look to see what you were rating?
