I realize they probably couldn't get any of Turner's Fathom work in there, as he owns the rights to that, and he has left the company. However, I really do feel that was Michael Turner's best work that he ever produced at Top Cow, particularly the crossover issues with Witchblade and Tomb Raider.

Also, I felt the book could have used more of his preliminary and sketch work. The Best of Dave Finch book is excellent for that, and this book was sorely missing it.

This book shows the art of Micheal Turner while he worked with Top Cow comics. His artwork is some of the best in comics in my opinion. I bought this book for my wife who is inspired by his work. She has enjoyed it very much. As others have stated it shows a limited amount of his work and leaves you wanting more. It is understandable that some of his artwork is not here and it is still a great book to have if you are a Turner fan.

R.I.P. Michael Turner. If you want to hold some of the most beautiful comic art, and I hesitate to call it that, then check out this book. He was a master artist with a distinctive look and it truly is heart breaking that his genius was cut too short. He will be MISSED.

i somehow have misplaced all of my top cow comics from the '90s including Fathom and Witchblade so i was happy to get this paperback with some of the WB issues in it. great condition too.

I found this book amazing in it's color and detail. It trulyy exeplifies the work of the Late Michael Turner. My only wish was that it contained some of his work (at least some covers) on Fathom. I think It is truly a sad day for comic and art lovers. I think Michael was at his peak when he passed this year. This book is a wonderful memorial to one mans artistic legacy.
