4.0 out of 5 stars Had what I wanted August 20, 2009

The hardest single to find as an MP3 or downloadable song is "Sad Eyes" by Robert John. This CD had the single on it and several others that now live on my Ipod. Overall a good album.

5.0 out of 5 stars Really a Good Cd March 15, 2011
Format:Audio CD|Verified Purchase
This cd has something for everyone who enjoys the 70's music. Even some I wasn't crazy about at the time (1970's) are fun to listen to now. It's nice to have a cd you can put on and enjoy all the songs without feeling like you'd purchased a whole cd for a couple of songs. This is a collection with a lot of variety. With the soft rock of "Sad Eyes" to the country sound of "Rhinestone Cowboy" or the disco beat of "Boogie Fever" (not my favorite; but I was a true rocker); there is something on here for a wide variety of tastes. I love most of the songs on here and like almost all of the rest. A great cd with a lot of great memories.

The reason that I liked this album was that it had some snappy and emotionally-touching songs of the 1970s. The songs are mellow pop songs sung by the original artists. It was quite enjoyable. There were 2-2 songs that I do not even remember.
