Great Info and Map!
This is a very informational guide to St. Petersburg, Russia. We are crusing there and wanted a good map and basis to decide our tour of the city. Love it! It also has a plastic covered pull out map with the key places. Perfect!

Helpful
good for general overview and to get some history. But perhaps nothing can really tell you of the 'atmosphere' one encounters in St Petersburg (Traveled June,2010)....still very 'socialist/communist' and down-trodden people. Could have used some political/social insights to brace myself for what I encountered. Then again..who can explain it in a travel book that isn't...
