This is the second time and second dog this Top Tag malfunctioned when needed.
Its great idea hat is inoperable as is

Two - three people couldn't get the damn casing off for 10 minutes - squeezing, pulling pliers fingernails two people pulling different directions - and when we got one off and put it into the computer - it was malware. Previously another one - same snug problem when finally got out of the casing the memory stick came apart and of course the data was lost.

Top Tag Please please (and don't tell give the snug argument) you have a wonderful necessary idea - that needs further testing to make getting the stick out easier (yes, I know, you have to protect from the dog biting it) but if you can't work it out - take the thing off the market rather than when necessary in an emergency - time is wasted getting the damn thing out - rather than on the dog

Get an engineer - get someone who can make this idea work- but don't send these things out as they are - they don't help when needed in my experience.

I have had three on three dogs for the past 5 years and they have been great. Yes they are hard to get out of case but it also makes it water proof. They store a lot of information and photos. I just bought my 4th one for my new puppy.
