5.0 out of 5 stars Great Product
We used these to bolster the absorbency of the diapers that were brought to my Mother by Hospice. Without these pads the patient was soaked through her clothes.

With these pads the patient was dry through the night.

If you are getting free diapers, use these.
Otherwise use the Tranquillity diapers. They are the best I could find...

2.0 out of 5 stars Nothing Great
I found these booster pads to be fairly absorbent. They seemed to do a good job helping prevent leaks at night. The thing I hated about this product is, in the morning when I removed the product, it was falling apart. usually leaving a layer of absorbency material on my skin. I would not recommend for overnight use, but they seem OK for daytime, when they are changed more...

These do the same job as some of the other boosters I've used, and they work well. I have never had one burst, and their uptake is pretty good. Still, they're not substantially better than products from Depend and Attends that cost less.

4.0 out of 5 stars Doublers, August 29, 2006
I love these doublers they have a stick strip on the back so they stay in place. The only problem I have with them is they are a bit long. But other then being to long they were a great purchase.

1.0 out of 5 stars disappointed, July 29, 2011

When I found out Abena Abri-Let Booster Pads, Maxi, had been discontinued I contacted the vendor for a similar product. It was suggested I purchase the TopLine Booster Pad. In no way do these two items compare! Will continue to look and if anyone has an option please advise. Thanks!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great absorbency, July 17, 2011

These are the best flow through liners available out there. Just wish you could buy them at the local stores. The extra absorbency is great, keeping our special needs son dry at night.

3.0 out of 5 stars Tiny, September 23, 2011

Unfortunately these particular pads are designed as inserts for panties. They are not the same as ordered before which were appropriate for overnight use. Nowhere in the description does it indicate that the pads are tiny.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great product, April 30, 2011

my 9 month old was constantly leaking through her diapers after sleeping all night. Even the night time diapers weren't cutting it. I ordered these and since putting one in her diaper before bed, we have no more leakage! These pads are great!
