This kit has all the necessary tools for road side repairs, and the compact case clips nicely behind any frame tube. Unfortunately, there's no space for a spare tube so you still need another storage unit on your bike. Also, the tire levers are easy to break!

Very compact. I've used one of these for years. They were not available for a while. Amazing selection of tools that can handle almost any trail side problem, if you know how to fix bikes. I have never broken the tire tools, although I've used it exclusively for mountain biking. There is also an updated version for bikes with disc brakes. There is not any tool in there that i have not used. I also carry an spare chain pin, an old brake shoe, and a spare inner tube. Fixed a broken chain yesterday. Not only saved a long walk back but let us finish the ride. Mounts on the seat post. When the Velcro retaining strap wears out I use a small bungee--really need something if you are doing any kind of serious mountain biking
