In summary this book provides a wealth of valuable information on some extremely important topics in palliative care. Without exception the chapters manage to inform and stimulate the reader and are applicable to palliative care in a wide variety of settings. The editors have produced a superb user-friendly book that deserves a place in every palliative care library and should be recommended to all palliative care clinicians.
