I ordered these Tranquility Booster Pads because my 7 month old was SOAKING wet every morning. She sleeps on her stomach and her Pampers diapers just were not absorbent enough. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but when I opened up this package, I thought to myself, "I should have just tried a Maxi-pad". That's basically what these look like. But, they aren't as good. Most Maxi-pads these days have an absorbent inner layer that wicks moisture away from the skin. The tranquility booster pads do not, and every morning it showed on my baby's skin. Also, they very often leaked. She went from being soaked every morning to being soaked every other morning. Eventually, I discovered Huggies Overnights, and although I prefer Pampers in general, I have to say the Huggies work! She's only soaked through them a couple of times. If you must try a booster pad, I'd go buy some Kotex for a few dollars instead of these Tranquility Pads.

Okay, I'm back to edit this review because I recently discovered Pampers Extra Protection, and we haven't had a leak yet! The pampers actually have an absorbent layer built right into the diaper, and they aren't super bulky, which is nice. We've been using them over a month with no leaks. Much better choice!

I've been using these for my 2-year old girl and they are wonderful! They add absorbency to her diapers at nighttime, she practically never leaks, even after 10-12 hours. I highly recommend them!

Like many others, we had an issue with diaper leakage even with overnight huggies. In fact, this became so much of an issue that it turned into a sleeping problem, too! Son would call for me at night (2 years old) and say "all wet" - I'd have to change him and was too tired to change his sheets, too, so would have him in our bed. I tried many solutions but in the end, this one worked for us. I use two at night and only have occassional leaks (mostly because of where I might place the pads if there is leakage). Otherwise we have dry nights.

I tried Poise pads and feminie pads. They are designed NOT to leak so it would not overflow into the diaper. With these pads you get the diaper absorbency AND the pads. They take up liquid then go through to the diaper.

It is a must have for now!

We bought these because the diaper booster pads by tranquility were not available anywhere. These work well the adhesive like ona female sanitary pad is not necessary. Great absorption keeps baby and crib dry all night!

My chubby little 5 month boy was waking up soaked several times a night. Basically the urine was running down the fat creases in his hips and soaking his sides without his diaper ever really getting wet. I use these as a "belt" tucked under his regular diaper. Works perfect. I had tried maxi pads, pull ups and even depends! Nothing worked as well as these. They have a great absorbancy but are very slim.

I was expecting something soft and absorbent like the old baby diaper doubles, but these were hard and thin and caused me a great deal of skin irritation. I will not be able to use the ones I purchased. They were however quite absorbent.

My son's pull up kept leaking over night and I couldn't find anything that would absorb more. I bought these and insert them into the diaper. So far (used them a few nights), no leaky diapers and he doesn't really notice them at all (except to think it's funny that they are kind of orange).

GREAT TO ADD TO CHILDREN'S DIAPERS FOR OVERNIGHT. HAVE USED FOR DAUGHTER AND SON FOR MANY MONTHS TO KEEP SHEETS DRY.

I use Huggies Overnights and my daughter still leaked overnight. I put two pads in the diaper and her bed and pjs are dry in the morning. They are expensive but worth it.

My little one would often leak through at night, so I tried these to see if they helped. They are fairly absorbent, but just enough so that the problem was solved. They are not exactly cheap, but worth it, as we are doing less laundry. I definitely recommend them!
