Best vanilla flavor,

This review is from: Torani Syrup, Vanilla Bean, 25.4-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 3) (Grocery)
So I have tried all the Torani vanilla syrups and this one tastes the best to me by far. The french vanilla is too sweet and fake tasting, the plain vanilla is fine, but this one imparts a more intense vanilla flavor. I'm a huge fan. My kids mostly love it to flavor their milk, cold or hot. Hey, it doesn't stain like chocolate milk, so that's a plus. Also adds awesome flavor to cocoa. We're not coffee drinkers but I'm sure people use it for that, and I have also tasted ice cream flavored with this that was the best soft serve ice cream of my life. Also delicious made into Italian sodas, using club soda, 2 oz. of syrup, and some half and half. Be forewarned that the three-pack usually comes in plastic bottles, rather than glass. A plus for shipping, maybe not as pretty sitting on a shelf, and less recyclable. Just FYI.

This has a very vanilla extractish flavor to it. It's not as rich as the French vanilla flavor syrup, but has a really nice snappy vanilla flavor. I prefer this one in sodas, but the French vanilla syrup stands up better to coffee.

I was excited to receive this syrup today since I expected this syrup to be more intensely vanilla flavored compared to the regular vanilla syrup. However, when I compared the two syrups side by side I found the regular vanilla syrup gives more flavor to coffees, ice creams and sodas as opposed to the vanilla bean. I add vanilla to almost everything since I find that it enhances flavors. Next on my list to try is the French vanilla...

This one is the vanilla bean version, I had the vanilla and the bean one has a bit more stronger flavor. I like it better.

This vanilla is the exact syrup my favorite local coffee shop uses. It does a great job helping to replicate them at home with my espresso machine. The vanilla is not too sweet, with a nice dark vanilla flavor. Perfect!

This vanilla bean is excellent in coffee, not as over powering as french vanilla and a little different than plain ol' vanilla. The fact that it comes in plastic bottles is a plus. Can't beat the price either.

We've tried several flavors and this is my family's favorite. I thought the French Vanilla flavor tasted artificial but this just tasted like clean vanilla. We use it in our coffee and to make eggcreams.
1 oz vanilla syrup, 2 oz half and half, and 4 oz. plain seltzer.

Not to sure about the distinct differences between this and the (regular) Vanilla Flavor Syrup....
My barista son says there is a difference.... This is good to me as the other non-bean titled syrup...

I decided to purchase this item in a 3-pack because it is so expensive in our local store. I was suprised and the size of the bottles and how long they lasted. I also purchased a pump, which has been awesome. I use it for vanilla coke and a little with baking, and my husband uses it in his coffee. We both love it.

Honestly, you walk into any Specialty Coffee Shop and will pay for one what Amazon is able to package in 3.
I have given them as gifts alone, I have made Coffee baskets with these Torani. I have bought about 6 different flavors...and still haven't found one a didn't like. You will not be disappointed!!!! |
