Product Description

The LX unicycle improves upon the CX with a stronger chromoly frame and the new flatter platform crown, designed to give the rider more "sole" support while doing 1-footed dtricks and foot-scuffing skills. This new frame coupled with the "sure hold" double bolt seatpost clamp, deluxe saddle with front nose handle, and precision bearings encased by the heavy duty main cap-style bearing holders. The lightweight and sturdy 48-hole alloy wheel uses aluminum cotterless crankarms, and a low profile street tread tire.

I did my research before buying, so you don't have to.
This is absolutely the best unicycle you will find in this price range. Seriously. There are cheaper ones with worse reviews. There are cheaper ones with no reviews - but do you really want to risk that? This is a rock-solid unicycle, with excellent assembly instructions. Mine even came with a little jar of touch-up paint, and a large manual that goes over riding basics, and warranty info. Packaging was fantastic, too - no damage during shipping at all.
If you want to learn, or just want a good solid uni for fun, get this - you and your wallet will be happy.

We ordered this for my 12-year-old son, who expressed an interest in learning to ride a unicycle. It is well-made, seems very sturdy, and was not too difficult to assemble. My husband and son had it put together in a half hour or less. But they did have to cut the seat post a couple of inches shorter to accommodate his height. (An older teenager or adult probably wouldn't need to do this.) The handle in front makes it easy to catch during the inevitable instances of losing your balance. A great unicycle for a beginner!

I got an LX last year, used it hard, and it still looks and works like new. This is a great unicycle for anyone beginner to medium-advanced level riding.Totally worth the $110.I'd suggest a 20 inch wheel for anyone 5 ft to 5 ft 10 inches.any taller, then go for a 24 or 26 inch wheel.Any shorter then try a Sun Flat Top 18 inch.My friend has one [sun flat top] and he loves it.Good luck!

Bought this to learn how to unicycle, so far it has been great, held up to falling and hitting the ground during learning.

-I'm 5ft 5in tall, I have the seat just a little above the lowest it can go. At its lowest, the top of the seat to the ground is 36 inches. At the highest, it is 39 inches (there is a mark on the seat post that tells you the maximum position).
-Seat position is adjusted with a 4mm hex wrench. You also need a 5mm hex wrench and 15mm regular wrench to put it together.
-Came with a 2 piece stand which is very nice to have! There were no assembly instructions with the stand though. Google "torker unicycle stand" to find a youtube video that shows how to use it.
-It says "Blue/Chrome", my unicycle is BLACK and chrome, which I don't mind, it would just be nice to have them label it the correct color.

Same deal as some other reviews - within three months, the crank stripped and the pedal fell off, and Torker would not honor any warranty. Was told that I must have incorrectly assembled the uni, but believe me, I can read directions and know left from right. The standard cranks are just not strong enough. Replacement cranks are on their way, as that's cheaper than a new uni and the rest of the uni is solid, but it's disappointing that Torker does not stand behind its products. Buyer beware.

I ordered this for my 10-year-old, who wanted a unicycle for Christmas. It is a very well-made, sturdy, and was easy to assemble. I put it together on Christmas Eve, it took about 20-30 minutes. After trying to ride it, I figured I would need to cut the seat post for her. I took about 3 inches off for her. I can still adjust the seat and I can still ride it too, I am 5'8" The handle in front makes it easy to balance when learning. A great unicycle for a beginner! She is really enjoying it! I recommend it for a beginner or a long timer unicyclist!
