Far too good to be a great success, January 27, 2006
This review is from: Tornado (Audio CD)
Ever since I heard my first Rainmakers song, probably Downstream, I have loved them. Everyone I know that has ever seen them, loves them. But, they could never get the following they deserve. Yes, WAGES OF SIN, and TORNADO OF LOVE are fantastic.
But, at this point in my life, I was re-listening, and SMALL CIRCLES hit home...
Now we make money and we're alright
And we drive cars and wield our might
We make love to people that we don't even like
As we move in small circles.

Clings in your memory after other things fade...., June 20, 2003
This review is from: Tornado (Audio CD)
I bought this on cassette when I was in high school. I haven't listened to it in probably 6 years, but I can sing you all the words to "The Wages of Sin" to this day. I loved this album.

A criminally under-rated band..., May 9, 2004
This review is from: Tornado (Audio CD)
I found this cd in the used cd bin and i picked it up because I have heard the song "Snakedance" before. It was worth every penny, i'm suprised the Rainmakers weren't popular at all back when they came out. Highly recommended.
