Delivery was prompt, a few days. The lightest pair of cutters I ever used. 120% satisfied with product. The teliscoping handles help for my wife to use with minimal effort. I expect to use this tool a long time. PS my neighbors like to borrow it alot.

The Toro Loopers are a good quality telescoping handled set of Cutters.

I have cut up to 1 inch stems with little effort. Good value for the price.

I think loppers are excellent. The handlles allow easy extension to reach high branches. The racheting feature really makes cutting 1"+ branches a breeze. A Quality Item!!!!

This yard tool is a must, especially if you're not highly arm-muscled. Though the ratchet part had it's positioning problems, it wasn't too difficult to deal with, and still these are the easiest loppers I've used.

I wore out my old loppers, and bought these thinking they were priced a bit high. But they are worth every penny! The extensions allow me to reach further than I ever could, and the racheting action makes it easy to use. I'm a 67 year old woman, so it needs to be easy.

I think these loppers are great and money well spent. I read the rest of the comments and almost didn't get them because of the guy who's family has been in the landscaping business for so long. But I went with the other comments instead and am glad I didn't let one sour apple deter me from buying these. As an older woman, I thought I might have problems with the ratcheting but after several tries I had no problem and my son loves them!

The appearance of the Toro Ratcheting Lopper is excellent. When using it, it seems a little loose, not as heavy duty as I would expect of a Toro product. Quality would probably be better if made in the USA; the price was definitely for a higher quality product. Since it is functioning ok, I won't return it, but won't buy another Toro gardening tool product.

These loppers allow me to cut out branches that would be impossible with standard loppers. The handle extensions are useful both to reach farther and to exert more force. They extend and contract easily.
