an exellent guide that was invaluable to my visit
For the week I stayed in Toronto I found the zagat to be an excellent and accurate guide to the city's restaurants. All but one of the restaurants I dined at were reviewed accurately; the one exception was under new management. for business in Canada this guide provides an invaluable source for both meetings and you off hours.

Unreliable at times because of small # of reviewers
Not many restaurant-goers responded to the Toronto survey, so reviews can be a little suspect.
