Since my cookbook series I have gone on to be a publishing consultant helping over 500 people publish their books. I am now working on two series of books: a series of children's books on the environment and a new series of cookbooks called the little books. Twenty out so far, 100 planned for next year!

We bought this as a gift. And from what we have tasted it has come in very very handy. All the recipes are easy to follow and very descriptive. If you really don't know much about tortillas or if you are an expert, this book could give you a little helping hand. A great buy! Give it as a gift today.

I have been using corn tortillas because I have an allergy to wheat products. Tortillas were getting boring, so I wanted something different to do with them. Now I know! This book has ideas about what to do with tortillas, and also gave me ideas about using masa, or corn flour for things besides tortillas. I was very glad to find this book, and will be looking for more things on Amazon.com.
