You can cook away with this book!
We bought this as a gift. And from what we have tasted it has come in very very handy. All the recipes are easy to follow and very descriptive. If you really don't know much about tortillas or if you are an expert, this book could give you a little helping hand. A great buy! Give it as a gift today.

Not as described
I do not have a lot of money, so am buying some used books as Christmas presents. Most of the books have been exactly what I ordered. This book was listed as "Used- Very good." However the spiral binding is broken and gnarled. Shipping method was very protective, but this book is NOT in good condition. What the heck? I'm sending it back.

I have been using corn tortillas because I have an allergy to wheat products. Tortillas were getting boring, so I wanted something different to do with them. Now I know! This book has ideas about what to do with tortillas, and also gave me ideas about using masa, or corn flour for things besides tortillas. I was very glad to find this book, and will be looking for more things on Amazon.com.
