4.0 out of 5 stars Experiencing a tort lawsuit, February 7, 2010

This review is from: The Torts Game: Defending Mean Joe Greene (Paperback)
Professor W. W. Barry III at the University of Mississippi School of Law teaches a tort law II class using this book to give us students the opportunity to actually draft the documents one would need in real tort litigation. We follow along in the MJG book and create our own versions of the documents.

It has been quite rewarding to create documents that resemble the real work product of lawyers. We are experiencing tort law, which is worth sooo much more than just reading about tort law.

I recommend the book, and the method of incorporating experiential learning in a tort law curriculum!
