Our World Famous Tortuga rich Chocolate Rum Cakes are baked fresh daily in the Cayman Islands with only the finest natural ingredients. The only preservative used is our specially blended 5-year-old; oak barrel aged Tortuga Gold Rum. Each cake is individually hand glazed then vacuum packed, ensuring a shelf life of 6 months, or indefinitely if refrigerated or frozen.

My sister bought this cake while she was on a cruise. Grand Caman was one of the stops. She brought it home and to be honest I didn't think I'd like it, we make run cake at home for Christmas but it is pretty strong...this was great. The cake is soft, moist, delicious, and OH MY GOD did it taste great. She bought the six pack sampler and they were all spectacular. I am definately giving them as gifts this Christmas.
