Bearing in mind this is a video of a show, it is still regrettable that quite a no. of routines were not performed by Torvill & Dean. But still the staging effects and music are very effective, and would be even more so if seen live. One of the program by T & D felt like a movie and sort of envelops you in a sad mood. This video is certainly far from perfect but is worth buying if you're a fan of T & D.

I bought this tape because I wanted to see again the wonderful long program put together by T&D "Let's Face the Music and Dance". The tape begins with the beautful "Bolero" The show continues with an "unusual" choice of music and rather scrappy skating. The lighting and sound left much to be desired.I sat through it waiting for the finale. As I watched T&D skate I thought, "if they had skated like this at Lillihammer the judges' scores would have been correct."

I went to see this show as my first skating show and it was amazing. There is such a variety of routines on this cassette, along with all of the classic T&D numbers. Well worth a look. Also, look out for a certain pair of Lithuanian ice dancers!!! END
