Video Features
This set features a super-sharp, detailed picture via its flat screen, which eliminates reflections from room lighting and improves sharpness and brightness, and its Digital Comb Filter, which enhances resolution by removing the blurred edges between colors and reducing dot crawl. Additionally, ColorStream component video inputs are included.

Audio Features
The 14AF41 is designed to provide maximal stereo sound reproduction from its internal speaker system with no additional speakers connected via Toshiba's side-mounted, front-firing Double Baffle speaker design. Also featured are two rear A/V inputs, rear S-video input, front panel A/V inputs, and A/V outputs.

Other Features
A Glow universal remote, built-in V-Chip parental control, a favorite channel feature, and noise muting are among the other standard features of this set.

I am in the process of deciding which television to buy-the 14 inch or the 20 inch Toshiba flat screen T.V. I went to Best Buy, and saw these televisions, and I am telling you these T.V.s are super. I have been thoroughly checking them out and comparing prices and options, and these seem to have the most. Not to mention the price! I listened to the Sony Wega 13 inch and the Toshiba 14- the Sony has 1 speaker on the side and the Toshiba has two. I turned the volume up on both to listen, it took the Sony over half way to pick up volume, where the Toshiba's volume was much louder. It sounded better as well. I saw both side by side, and they both have a terrific pictures, but I'd rather have 14 inches rather than 13. The Toshiba has every possible audio and video hook-up you could need, even on the 14 inch- you could even hook up a home theater system on it! The remote is universal, Sony's isn't. Simply, this T.V. has more extras than alot of your bigger televisions!! Trust me, I've done ALOT of research and if you want to get the most out of your money, this is certainly the way to go.

I too compared this to a Sony flat screen, and the Toshiba wins hands down. Great colors and the flat screen doesn't reflect as much light as a conventional screen. Sound is okay, but you can plug any sound system into the comprehensive audio jacks. It's light and easy to move around. Remote layout is good. Great purchase!

I was looking for a flat screen TV that I could afford for my dorm room in college but one that also had a sharp, clear picture. This Toshiba is definitely all that. On it, you can see movies the way they were meant to be seen. With the component video input connected to your DVD player, the color quality is amazing. I also couldn't find a Sony Wega 13 inch that had the component video feature included. This is the perfect small size TV - a great stepping stone towards larger TVs.
