Enjoy vivid, high-contrast pictures from Toshiba's 20-inch Blackstripe II color picture tube. Affordable and stylish, the 20A43 makes a great accessory for a kitchen, bedroom. The set provides stereo reception with 2.5 watts per channel and a heightened sense of stereo separation from its double-baffle speaker system. SAP (second audio program) reception lets you listen to alternate-language tracks for many TV programs.
Standard composite-video and RF inputs accommodate all DVD players and most other video sources, including older VCRs and cable boxes, while a set of front AV inputs makes for an easy connection with a camcorder or gaming console. The 20A43 also features extensive parental controls, including video lock, channel lock, GameTimer, and the ever-handy V-Chip, which lets you set viewing based on TV program ratings. The set's sleep timer gives you the freedom to fall asleep in front of the set without waking to color bars and sine waves, and a glow-in-the-dark universal remote control simplifies use in theater-like conditions.

I bought this one because my previous tv was a Toshiba. I was not disapointed. Picture and Sound are very good but why is the remote so small? I'm afraid I will lose it. They could have included a slightly larger universal remote but I'm pretty happy with it. Very good value for the low price!

At its price point this TV has a great feature set. The picture quality is good: excellent color, good skin tones, good dynamic range, but slightly soft sharpness. Sound is also good but not great. For a second set - kitchen, bedromm, etc. - it is a good choice.

This TV is perfect for people who want to buy a decent, small and well priced TV. It has a very good picture. I am not giving this TV a 5 star, just because the sound seems to be somewhat flat (not a lot of bass at all). Good TV, I am happy with this purchase... I recommend it...
