I'm really enjoying my new 22" Toshiba dvd/combo white flat screen. I have an all digital white euro themed room.
So this flat screen fits just perfect with my style and digi stuff. My TV arrived promptly and was easy to operate and it's play dvd's perfectly. Also I connected my laptop to the TV and it's really cool. For surround sound you can also connect the Toshiba dvd/combo to a Cambridge Soundworks through aux or a Bose system. Enjoy!

Toshiba 22LV611U 22-Inch 720p LCD TV with Built in DVD Player, White A good LCD TV. Great color and picture and it comes in white! The stereo speakers are located on the top rear of the frame and this could be a consideration when purchasing depending on the installation. I would have preferred speakers on the front facing the room. I admit I did not check this feature before purchasing. Lots of features for a small price. All in all, a good TV.

Nice TV but for one thing...speaker quality...I'll throttle up to the highest setting for audio and we have difficulty hearing from our bed, perhaps 10ft. Needs speakers or receiver hooked up, which I have just done.

We bought this for use in a guest room and haven't used it much so far. The three main reasons we bought this were,

1. Its' cream colored case (it's a wife thing).
2. Size, good for a small room.
3 It's a Toshiba

I haven't hooked cable up to it yet so my limited viewing has been with the built in DVD player. The picture is good and the convenience of not having to have an extra piece of equipment cluttering up the room is nice. the sound quality of course is not terrific but it plays loud enough to be heard over a window air conditioner.
Overall, we are very pleased with it.

I recently purchased a Toshiba 22LV611U 22-Inch 720p LCD TV with Built in DVD Player, White for my bedroom where all those high-tech silver and black TVs would really have looked jarring. There aren't too many white TVS out there. This one is worth the money. It was easy to set up, can be easily moved, has decent picture quality - and my sound is more than okay, although I was a but worried after reading some reviews. I'm not too picky about television anyhow, but I think the sound is fine.

There are only two things that I don't care for: 1) size of the channel numbers on the screen - they're small enough that I have to put on my glasses to see what channel I'm on. I'd like to be able to add the name of the channels that use logos that mean nothing to me and apparently there's no way to do that. 2)the remote control could be more user friendly.... an awful lot of buttons and the response time is sometimes so slow that I end up wondering if the batteries work.

All in all, a good buy.

Very easy to set up.
Very easy to set picture size, color, etc.
No problem with the volume what so ever!!
Excellent sound.

The sound is too low on some channels, even at highest level, cannot hear what is being said.
Remote just broke and I've owned it 4 months! Not under warranty, Toshiba told me to buy a new one!

I am happy with this product. It came in good condition although I had troubles with the delivery. If you ask for standard shipping then you might have to take time off from work to wait for UPS to deliver it. UPS would not just drop it off since you have to sign for it. So anyway, overall we are happy with this product. It looks really nice and the pictures are great. The only downside to it is that the sound isn't that great. I would have to install speakers to get great sound.

Overall satisfied with my purchase. Quick delivery, very portable, streamlined Television with a great picture. Perfect for our spare bedroom. The only drawback was the sound quality. We ended up connecting some surround sound speakers.

Contrary to the rest of the reviews, I only play dvd's on this tv. I just bought it a couple os weeks ago. I bought it for my kitchen table. The crisp picture is stunning. It is like seeing my dvd's for the first time. I am 68 and hard of hearing but I can hear it very well. There is a long speaker strip at the bottom in the front of the tv. The white color is perfect for my kitchen. I love it. My grandkids were just here for a week & we all sat around this tv rather than my old 32" in the livingroom. I love my new tv. All my televisions are Toshiba. They have the best picture.
